III. Subscription & Payment Information (Merchants Only)

FLRPL offers paid subscription plans for merchants. Payment processing for these subscriptions is handled by third-party payment processors, including Stripe, Inc.

FLRPL does not collect, store, or process full payment card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information. When a merchant subscribes to a paid plan, payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's own privacy policy and terms of service.

FLRPL may receive limited information related to a merchant's subscription, such as subscription status, billing history, payment confirmations, and the merchant's name and contact details. This information is used solely for account administration, customer support, accounting, compliance, and service delivery purposes.

IV. How and When We Share Information

• With Other Users: Merchant listings and messages are visible to shoppers, and shopper messages are shared with merchants.
• With Service Providers: Vendors that provide hosting, analytics, communications, security, and support services on our behalf.
• For Legal Reasons: To comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or governmental requests.
• Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing, or sale of assets.

FLRPL does not sell personal information.
